Position Overview:

We are seeking seasoned ERP professionals to lead ERP selection and/or implementation initiatives on a fractional basis. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in consulting, with demonstrated success delivering ERP strategy, selection, and implementation programs across a range of industries. This role is best suited for experienced leaders operating at the Senior Manager or Principal level, who are adept at managing client relationships, navigating complex business environments, and driving outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ERP strategy, selection, and/or implementation engagements
  • Advise client leadership on system design, vendor fit, and change management
  • Manage stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and project governance
  • Oversee cross-functional teams including client staff, integrators, and vendors
  • Deliver project milestones on time and within scope and budget
  • Provide fractional executive presence and guidance throughout program lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of ERP consulting and implementation experience
  • Proven leadership in ERP strategy and transformation programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience managing C-suite stakeholder relationships
  • Strong project and change management skills
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly in a fractional capacity
  • Prior experience at a consulting firm (Big Four or similar) preferred
  • Fractional / part-time contract role
  • Duration and hours per week vary by project
  • Remote work with potential travel as needed
