Role Description

We’re seeking a Fractional Enablement Specialist to support growth-stage B2B SaaS companies in scaling their go-to-market operations. This is a remote, contract-based role focused on building the systems, content, and coaching frameworks that drive consistent revenue execution.

You’ll work directly with CEOs and revenue leaders to:

  • Translate GTM strategy into actionable sales enablement programs
  • Optimize onboarding, training, and sales process adoption across teams
  • Identify friction in the funnel and create enablement assets that address it

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn strategy into results.

Qualifications

  • Dedicated to working in a Fractional capacity
  • Experience as an Enablement Manager or Specialist
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of team development and sales process optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience operating as a freelance consultant for extended period is a plus
