Job summary

Ladder Health is seeking a physician executive to work closely with the CEO, strengthening enterprise partnerships and physician credibility while guiding clinical strategy and commercial growth. This fractional role (5-10 hours/week) offers a clear path to a full-time Chief Medical Officer position as the company scales nationally.

The role emphasizes building physician champions, advancing value-based pediatric care, and developing partnerships with health systems, payers, and academic leaders

Qualifications

• MD with active medical license and board certification in Pediatrics.
• 10+ years of progressive clinical and leadership experience in healthcare
• Experience building partnerships with health systems, academic medicine, and payers

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise partnerships and physician credibility with health systems, CMOs, and payer leaders.
• Shape clinical strategy, reimbursement discussions, and care delivery models.
• Develop and lead the Clinical Advisory Board and physician champion networks.
• Oversee evidence-generation and publications to support value-based care and commercialization.
