Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including CFO or senior roles.
• Strong nonprofit accounting, fund management, and grant compliance knowledge.
• Experience presenting financial information to Boards and executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and board recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and grant requirements.
• Advise on financial strategy, risk management, and growth initiatives.
• Support annual audits, tax filings, and reporting requirements.
• Evaluate and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.

Salary: $50-$75/hour depending on experience
