Job summary

NOW CFO is looking for a hands-on CFO Consultant to serve clients in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will lead accounting operations, manage buy-side M&A activities, and provide strategic guidance to various companies.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of financial leadership, experience in international finance, and proficiency with systems like NetSuite or SAP. The position offers competitive compensation and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience including 5 years in CFO or VP of Finance role.
• Hands-on accounting experience managing close processes and preparing financial statements.
• Track record in buy-side M&A including financial due diligence and post-close integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations including month-end close, financial statements, and cash flow forecasting.
• Lead buy-side M&A activity and ensure cross-border compliance for clients.
• Drive budgeting, long-range planning, and mentor finance teams.
