Job summary

Gofractional seeks an experienced finance leader to join as a fractional CFO and oversee a growing client portfolio. You will forecast cash flow, manage reporting, design KPI dashboards, and present executive reviews to drive strategic decisions.

Leverage DRDA's standard FOS tools and mentoring programs to scale the team as the book expands toward full capacity; participate in client relationship development and judgment calls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance leadership experience, including fractional or outsourced CFO roles.
• Ability to lead client portfolios and deliver recurring forecasting and reporting packages.
• Proven track record in developing junior team members and mentoring others.

• Act as fractional CFO for assigned client portfolio, handling cash-flow forecasting, management reporting, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Lead monthly executive reviews translating numbers into decisions.
• Refine and use DRDA's standard FOS reporting packages and forecast models.

About the Role

You'll join at 3 days a week with a portfolio sized to that capacity, and assist in developing the standardized DRDA-FOS tools, templates, and reporting frameworks from day one, not building everything from scratch for each client. As DRDA's FOS client base grows toward 300 clients firmwide, your schedule and portfolio grow with it, with a clear path to a full 5-day week.

Responsibilities

• Act as fractional CFO for an assigned client portfolio — cash-flow forecasting, management reporting, KPI dashboards, executive reviews.
• Lead monthly executive reviews that turn numbers into decisions.
• Use (and help refine) DRDA's standard FOS reporting packages, forecast models, and dashboard tools.
• Mentor analysts and controllers as they're added to your portfolio, so recurring work moves off your plate as you grow.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance leadership, including experience as a fractional or outsourced CFO.

Required Skills

• Strong grounding in cash-flow forecasting, management reporting, and KPI/dashboard design.
• Comfortable working within and growing a standardized playbook rather than reinventing the wheel per client.
• A track record of developing junior team members, not just producing your own work.
• Excel fluency; Power Query, Power BI, or Domo experience a strong plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a similar advisory role.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

3 days/week to start — a right-sized initial portfolio including DRDA's books. 4 days/week as your book and DRDA's FOS team both scale. 5 days/week at full capacity — with analyst and controller support handling recurring production, and your time focused on client relationships and judgment calls.
