Job summary

Alpine Energy in El Reno, OK is seeking a Shop Mechanic to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, frac pumps, hydraulics, and related equipment in a shop setting. You’ll support fleet readiness through scheduled maintenance, component rebuilds, and thorough documentation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of oilfield maintenance, hands-on diesel and hydraulic repair skills, and familiarity with CAT ET, MTU DiaSys, Cummins INSITE, and FIIX CMMS.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in hydraulic fracturing or oilfield services.
• Experience with CAT ET, MTU DiaSys, Cummins Insight, and FIIX CMMS.
• Knowledge of safety, DOT, and environmental regulations related to oilfield equipment and operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing equipment for wear, damage, leaks, and maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on high-horsepower diesel engines, frac pumps, transmissions, cooling, lubrication, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, basic electrical, and pneumatic issues using diagnostic tools and documentation.
• Disassemble, inspect, rebuild, replace, and reassemble engines, pumps, transmissions, and hydraulic components as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure equipment is safe and ready for deployment.
