Jereh North America Group is seeking an experienced Frac Pump Application Engineer to own the fluid‑end and power‑end development from concept to validation and field performance in Houston, TX.

You will lead a multinational team, drive lifecycle management for capital equipment, and partner with manufacturing and service teams to optimize cost, quality, and delivery while ensuring compliance with oilfield standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or related Engineering.
• 5 years of experience designing high‑pressure reciprocating pump systems, fluid‑ends, or power ends.
• Experience with OEM manufacturers of pressure pumping or frac equipment.
• Proven track record leading engineering for complex, high‑horsepower equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engineering strategy and technology roadmap for fracturing, power generation, and well service equipment.
• Lead the full product lifecycle for capital equipment from concept through production support.
• Drive innovation in mechanical, electrical, controls, and digital systems to improve reliability and emissions performance.
• Establish and improve engineering processes, standards, and tools.
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and service teams to optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, quality, and maintainability.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards for oilfield equipment and related markets.
• Provide senior technical oversight for major bids, projects, and field issues.
• Build and develop a multinational engineering team; define structure and staffing aligned with growth.
• Own engineering budget and portfolio governance to maximize customer value.
• Represent engineering with strategic customers and technology partners.
