Job summary

Barclays seeks an AVP in Regulatory Reporting for FR Y-15 and CCAR submissions based in Whippany, NJ. You will coordinate cross‑functional data aggregation, reconciliation, and reporting to satisfy Federal Reserve requirements and strengthen governance across the IHC and CUSO.

You will lead efforts to improve data quality, execute attestations, and collaborate with Finance, Risk, Operations, IT and Product Control while supporting regulator inquiries and examinations.

Qualifications

• Banking or financial services experience within Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Risk, or Treasury functions.
• Knowledge of FR Y-15 regulatory reporting and related Federal Reserve reporting requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess prudential regulatory reporting risks; develop and implement mitigation strategies and conduct regular reviews.
• Assess internal control processes and governance; strengthen controls to prevent regulatory non‑compliance.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports; support other departments in review of reports.
• Analyze regulatory data to provide insights and inform decisions.
• Develop and deliver training on regulatory requirements and compliance responsibilities.
• Communicate with regulators; respond promptly to inquiries and provide required information.
• Oversee selection, implementation, and maintenance of regulatory reporting systems.
