Job summary

Barclays in Whippany, NJ is seeking a Regulatory Reporting FR Y-15 & CCAR AVP to lead the preparation and delivery of critical Federal Reserve filings, including FR Y-15 and CCAR submissions, ensuring regulatory obligations are met.

You will partner with Finance, Treasury, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Product Control to coordinate data aggregation, reconciliation, and reporting across the IHC and CUSO, strengthening governance and data quality to support regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Banking or financial services experience within Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Risk, or Treasury functions.
• Knowledge of FR Y-15 regulatory reporting and related Federal Reserve reporting requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with FR Y-14, and FR Y-9C regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of investment banking products and Basel III capital regulations.
• Familiarity with AXIOM, regulatory reporting systems, and internal controls; CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver FR Y-15 and CCAR submissions.
• Coordinate data aggregation, reconciliation, and reporting across the IHC and CUSO.
• Strengthen governance, data quality, attestation, and change management processes.
• Liaise with regulators and support inquiries, examinations, and reporting reviews.
• Identify reporting gaps, investigate root causes, and implement sustainable solutions to enhance processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Product Control.
• Manage selection, implementation, and maintenance of regulatory reporting systems and integration with enterprise systems.
