Job summary

Phyton Talent Advisors is seeking a contractor to lead and execute FR 2052a production, ensuring end-to-end data controls, governance, and clear documentation. The role oversees other Business Analysts and collaborates with data owners, SMEs, and technology teams to deliver timely regulatory reports.

Responsibilities include governance mapping, BRD creation, UAT leadership, and issue resolution with strong data analysis and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Treasury, Liquidity Risk or Regulatory Reporting in banking.
• Direct hands-on FR 2052a production experience.
• 5+ years end-to-end report production, data validation and submission support.
• Experience writing BRDs, specs and data mapping docs.
• Experience leading UAT, test scripts, and defect management.
• Advanced Excel with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Run FR 2052a production process daily and manage submissions.
• Maintain source-to-report mappings and governance controls.
• Coordinate with data owners, SMEs, and tech teams.
• Document controls, attestations, issues, and change management.
