The role requires deep knowledge of FQHC billing, Medicare/Medicaid coding, and experience with EHR/billing systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks. Bachelor's degree preferred and 5+ years in RCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Experience in FQHC or community health setting strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of FQHC billing regulations and government programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing process from registration to payment and denial management.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid billing codes and PPS.
• Monitor revenue cycle metrics and report findings.
• Train providers and front-desk staff on documentation and billing.
• Manage payer relationships and stay updated on policy changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in the revenue cycle.
• Oversee sliding fee program compliance.
