Job summary

Siemens EDA is seeking a Junior Product Manager to support product strategy and execution for FPGA-based prototyping tools used by hardware and software verification teams. You will collaborate with senior product managers, engineering, sales, and customers to define requirements, improve workflows, and help drive product launches.

You will gather market feedback, write user stories and feature specs, analyze competitor tools, and help prioritize features based on value and feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in product management or technical program management.
• Familiarity with semiconductor design & verification and EDA workflows.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support the product roadmap for FPGA-based EDA tools.
• Gather customer and market feedback from designers and verification teams.
• Write product requirements, user stories, and feature specs.
• Analyze competitor tools and industry trends in semiconductor design flows.
• Prioritize features based on customer value and feasibility.
• Clarify requirements with engineering and PE teams to validate solutions.
• Support go-to-market activities, release notes, and positioning.
• Track product performance metrics and report insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery of prototyping projects across hardware platforms.
