Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking an FPGA Manager to lead the engineering team in San Diego. You will design, test and optimize high-speed FPGA solutions for space communications, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Applicant will have 7+ years in FPGA design, leadership experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. This is an on-site role within the Engineering department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of FPGA design experience and leading technical teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day engineering team operations and project execution.
• Design, develop and test FPGA designs for space communication systems.
• Optimize FPGA designs for speed, performance and resource use.
• Support design reviews and manage resource allocations.
