Insight Global is actively seeking a Senior FPGA Verification Engineer for a DoD program in Linthicum Heights, MD. The candidate must be willing to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of FPGA V&V experience and HDL coding skills (SystemVerilog, VHDL, Verilog).

The role involves developing test plans, guiding test reviews, RTL debugging, and mentoring junior engineers. Pay ranges from $225,000 to $260,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Insight Global is actively hiring a Senior FPGA Verification Engineer to join our team supporting a large DoW Program in Linthicum Heights Maryland. The candidate DOES NOT need a clearance to start but must be willing and able to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.

Minimum job requirements include:

• Ability to obtain a Department of War Top Secret SCI Clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years of experience performing FPGA verification and validation (V&V)

Coding in HDLs such as SystemVerilog, VHDL, Verilog, etc.

• Ability to develop test plans, participate and guide test reviews, and RTL debugging
• Experience with FPGA, ASIC, digital subsystems, or digital board development
• Experience performing RTL debugging and support verification cycles
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and provide task assignments

Insight Global is hiring multiple candidates for this team and exact pay will vary based on candidates level of experience, expertise, and clearance level. We anticipate paying 225K - 260K for these candidates as well as providing a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and 401K benefits
