Hiring at various FPG provider offices in Venice including Pediatrics, Interventional Cardiology, and Urology.

We are searching for dynamic personalities to join our team providing excellent customer service in our primary care and pediatric offices.

  • Medical Assistant - Clinical Care Coordinator I (Salary Range $20.00/hr-$27.65/hr)
  • LPN - Clinical Care Coordinator II (Salary Range: $24.50/hr-$35.75/hr)
  • RN - Clinical Care Coordinator III (Salary Range: $29.10/hr-$43.65/hr)
  • Front Desk - Patient Relations Rep II (Salary Range: $18.00/hr-$25.50/hr)

*Pay rates are based on years of experience and team equity.

Primary care duties include managing patients aged 18+, chronic disease management, wellness visits, point of care testing, vaccinations, referrals, outpatient testing, and handling patient calls, questions, and prescriptions.

Pediatric duties include care for patients from newborn to 17 years, wellness visits, developmental assessments, vaccinations, and coordination with pediatric specialists.

Opportunities available for both novice and experienced Medical Assistants, LPNs, and RNs, with individualized training and growth opportunities in surgical scheduling and authorizations.

Required Qualifications

Medical Assistant:

Must hold current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from AAMA, NHA, or NCCT, or as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from AMT, NRCMA, or NAHP, or be a certified EMT. Experienced assistants without current certification must register and test within 6 months of hire, with certification received within 12 months.

CPR/BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

LPN:

Must have LPN license (FL) and BLS/CPR certification, or obtain within 30 days.

RN:

Must have RN license (FL), BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of clinical experience in a medical/physician office setting, with certifications obtained within 30 days if not already held.

Patient Relations Representative:

High school diploma or GED required. Must have computer and data entry skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask, demonstrate initiative, and maintain reliability.

All positions are Monday – Friday, day shifts.
