Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) Goleta, CA is seeking a Production Worker S4 (Production Specialist) in the FPA area. You will operate equipment and follow procedures to build hardware, document data, and support area leads in a fast-paced, safety‑first environment. This is an onsite, first shift role in a cleanroom setting with strict quality controls.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, 4+ years in cleanroom production, and MS Office (Excel). U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 4 years of production experience in cleanroom fabrication, assembly, manufacturing or equivalent.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel).
• U.S. Citizenship is required to access information.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and follow procedures to build hardware.
• Document data in travelers and electronic database; maintain clear records.
• Communicate with leads, peers and management to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain safety-first environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols.
• Cross-train as needed to improve area efficiency.
• Support area leads with complex technical assignments.
