Job summary

OneSource Professional Search is assisting Lafayette, LA-based industrial services client in filling an FP&A Manager role. The position partners with the CFO to oversee forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, P&L reporting and KPI tracking.

The FP&A Manager will coordinate across departments, drive M&A analysis, and prepare board-ready reports for ownership. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Business/Accounting/Finance, 8+ years in finance/operational roles, and ERP/MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance – MBA and/or CPA designation preferred
• 8+ years experience in business administration, finance and accounting or operational roles
• 4+ years in financial management role
• In-depth experience/knowledge in budgeting and implementing financial strategies
• Proficiency in robust ERP systems and MS Office applications
• Excellent analytical skills

OneSource is working with an established industrial services client in the Lafayette, LA area on a FP&A Manager opportunity.

The role works directly with the CFO and manages the FP&A process for the organization. The key responsibilities include forecasting, financial modeling, P&L reporting, financial metrics tracking, M&A analysis, preparing reports for the Board and ownership of the budget process. The FP&A Manager will work across department lines and will be a key link between operations and finance.
