NBSTSA is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician with Surgical Obstetrics to join our Iowa-based medical staff. The role emphasizes full-spectrum outpatient care with continuity for hospitalized patients.

Enjoy a 4-day workweek, backup call for inpatient and OB services, and opportunities to take on additional hospitalist or ED shifts. Visa eligibility (J-1/H-1B) is available for qualified candidates.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive guaranteed salary with productivity incentives and earning potential well above national benchmarks
