Jackson Physician Search is assisting a physician-led hospital in Iowa in recruiting a BC/BE Family Medicine with Surgical Obstetrics physician. This role focuses on full-spectrum care for all ages, with primarily outpatient duties and hospitalist night coverage available.

The position offers a 4-day workweek, backup inpatient/OB call, and opportunities to earn above national benchmarks through incentives, sign-on, loan repayment, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Family Medicine with Surgical Obstetrics, board-certified or board-eligible
• Iowa medical licensure or eligibility, with ability to obtain state license
• Strong commitment to outpatient continuity and obstetric care

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care across all ages with OB coverage
• Primarily outpatient with continuity of care for hospitalized patients
• Work four days per week to support work-life balance
• Backup-only inpatient/OB call with night coverage by hospitalist team
• Opportunity to pick up hospitalist or ED shifts for additional income

The Opportunity

• Full-spectrum Family Medicine caring for patients across all ages, from newborns to geriatrics

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive guaranteed salary with productivity incentives and earning potential well above national benchmarks
• Up to $250,000 in student loan repayment ($50,000 annually for five years)
