Jackson Physician Search is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine with Surgical Obstetrics physician to join an established Iowa medical staff. The role focuses on full-spectrum Family Medicine with obstetrics, primarily outpatient care, and a dedicated hospitalist team providing night coverage.

A 4-day workweek and backup inpatient/OB call support strong work-life balance. In addition to competitive guaranteed salary, the package includes student loan repayment up to $250,000, a $150,000 sign-on
