Free People in Glendale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support selling, service, and store operations, fostering a fitness and wellness environment and developing the team. You will help drive brand experiences, customer relationships, and omni-channel execution in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires leadership, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and a passion for FP Movement and the local fitness community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist selling, service, and store operations to create an engaging environment.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and talent development.
• Deliver brand experiences and curate events aligned with local wellness interests.
• Maintain omni-channel processes (MPOS, POS, FP App) and drive sales.
