Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Coconut Grove, Miami, FL is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership and deliver an engaging FP Movement experience. You will drive sales, coach teammates, and promote events to connect with customers on wellness and fitness interests.

You will collaborate with the management team to maintain the store’s visual standards, process shipments, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with the store leadership team on an engaging experience for FP Movement customers.
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience with personalized service and product recommendations.
• Drives engagement by promoting FP Movement events and collaborating with fitness and wellness partners.
• Uses store and online tools to stay informed about events and offers to support an omni-channel experience.
• Acts as an elevated team member, prioritizing service over tasks and supporting sales.
• Manages store environment and customer experience with energized pace and positive leadership.
• Teaches and shares product knowledge and brand messaging with the team using available resources.
• Supports daily office procedures and store maintenance to assist management.
• Collaborates with partners to execute shipments, restocking, and product placement while maintaining visuals.
• Ensures inventory accuracy, safety standards, and adherence to company policies to protect profitability.
• Fosters an inclusive, people-first culture and open dialogue among staff.
• Communicates effectively with leadership and participates in daily meetings and updates.
• Shows initiative for personal development and career progression within the brand.
