Job summary

You will collaborate with FP and CMG stakeholders to address critical business needs and guide analytics across teams.

You will coach analysts, oversee deliverables, and drive adoption of analytical products, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and improving patient access.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant work experience (or equivalent with advanced education).
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Computer or Physical Sciences or related field
• Growth Mindset.
• Experience synthesizing concise summaries focused on the key insights that inform business decisions.
• Comfortable dealing with uncertainty in a highly-matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in access (payer management, coverage, coding, pricing, contracting).
• Strong results orientation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Persuasive written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders to define clear, impactful business priorities within Foundational Products, and develop action plans.
• Demonstrate mastery in tailoring communication to audiences, influencing senior leaders and securing buy-in.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable insights to ensure successful execution of FP initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and foster new solutions.
• Embed analytical products into workflows and drive adoption across teams.
