Job summary

Landing Point in New York seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis / Transformation Analyst to support firmwide reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will build and refine financial models, manage forecasting tools, and prepare executive materials for senior leadership.

The role collaborates with Investor Relations and Business Finance to address inquiries and drive efficiency gains, while advancing FP&A best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, or related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with FP&A tools such as Essbase, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI or Hyperion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze firmwide financial forecasts and weekly management reporting packages.
• Support quarterly earnings processes, including collection, consolidation, validation, and analysis of financial results.
• Perform financial analysis across business units and corporate functions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and valuation analyses.
• Assist in preparing presentations, board materials, and executive memorandums for senior management.
• Partner with Investor Relations and Business Finance teams to support investor inquiries, earnings preparation, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze trends, KPIs, and operating metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and streamline workflows.
• Support implementation of new FP&A systems and best practices.
• Participate in ad hoc strategic projects and special analyses for senior leadership.

• Experience with financial planning and reporting tools such as Essbase, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI, Hyperion, or similar platforms is highly preferred.

Compensation:

Pay Rate: $60 – $70/hr, DOE
