Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• 1-3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or audit experience.
• Strong Excel skills; financial modeling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare financial models, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Analyze financial performance and key business metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Support month-end reporting and financial planning activities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve financial visibility.
• Assist with treasury functions, including cash flow reporting and cash management.
• Support internal and external audit requests by preparing schedules and financial documentation.
• Partner with business leaders across multiple departments to provide financial insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, financial processes, and operational efficiency.
