Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Tucson, AZ, seeks an FP&A Specialist for the NSMS team. This onsite role supports a program within NSMS with cross-functional collaboration across finance and operations.

You will partner with the NSMS FP&A Manager and Business Managers to complete monthly and quarterly close, support forecasts and budgeting, and analyze cost drivers. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential as you provide timely quantitative analysis for decision making and strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field, or an advanced degree with experience.
• Proven experience in financial planning and forecasting.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, graphs).

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly and quarterly close with NSMS FP&A Manager and Business Managers.
• Support ad hoc requests for bookings, sales, earnings and cash.
• Analyze cost drivers and interface with NSMS finance for key metric inputs.
• Provide quantitative analysis to support business, program and project decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and assess risks to optimize performance.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes.
• Provide financial guidance to program management, operations or engineering teams.
• Contribute to strategic projects, including cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
• Utilize RTX financial systems to streamline processes and enhance data analytics.
