Job summary

InfoTrack US is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst, Platform North America, to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial analytics in a hybrid role based in San Francisco. You will work with local Controllers and the Global FP&A Head to support regional planning and performance reviews.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA and 3+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with strong modeling and Excel skills. Prior experience in tech or legal services is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA qualified.
• 3+ years’ post qualification experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance or similar fields.
• Experience in Technology and/or legal services industry preferred.

• Perform detailed variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Analyze KPIs and provide structured insights (MoM, YTD, trends).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial data.

• Support planning system implementations and ad-hoc projects (M&A, IPO readiness).

About The Role

We are seeking a FP&A Senior Analyst, Platform North America, to support financial planning and strategic analysis efforts. As FP&A Senior Analyst, Platform North America, you will support in-country FP&A initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical grasp of financial/accounting concepts, along with a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics. As a self-starter, you will be hands‑on, capable of delivering within a high-performing, global team. In this hybrid role, you will report to the Head of FP&A, ATI Global and have a dotted line to local Controllers in the United States and Canada.

This is a hybrid role based out of our office in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Planning
  • Execute budgeting and forecasting processes, including model updates, assumption validation, and consolidation across entities.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key performance drivers and trends.
  • Analyze key financial and operational KPIs, providing structured insights (MoM, YTD, trend analysis).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional finance and non-finance stakeholders to build, validate, and maintain financial and operational data.
  • Act as a finance contact for operational teams, bridging financial analysis and business performance.
  • Partner with local Controllers and support Global Head of FP&A with group-level planning, reporting, and performance review across business units.
  • Develop and refine financial models to improve accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business drivers.
  • Dive deeply into financial and non-financial data to become a subject matter expert and provide actionable insights.
  • Support future initiatives such as new planning system implementation, ad-hoc projects including M&A or IPO readiness.
• General & Business Partnering
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial planning and reporting.
  • Promote a teamwork mentality and proactive problem-solving across the finance function.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• CPA qualified
• 3+ years’ post qualification experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance (inhouse or advisory) or similar fields
• Experience in Technology and/or legal services industry is preferred but not essential
• Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong financial modelling skills (budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis)
  • Combining superior attention to detail with ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to senior management and key stakeholders to support business decisions
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting and its linkage to FP&A
  • Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with different departments and levels within the global organization
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning/Reporting and NetSuite
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build financial models to support decision-making
  • Excellent team player skills

Compensation

The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications.

Base Pay

$86,200 to $145,395 USD
