CNH Industrial is seeking a senior FP&A professional to consolidate and report revenue, margin, EBIT, and SG&A across Parts & Service in North America. The role emphasizes variance analysis, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration with finance and operations.

You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, leverage SAP and other financial systems, and support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relavant discipline.
• 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, economics or related background with FP&A, management reporting, budgeting or forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and report Parts & Service P&L, revenue, margin, EBIT and SG&A results.
• Analyze actuals versus budget, forecast and prior year; quantify key drivers through causals and variance analyses.
• Prepare flash, final reporting, account reconciliations, balance-sheet variance analysis and journal-entry support.
• Support budget and forecast cycles, including P&L, payables, inventory, and Capex reporting.
• Coordinate timelines, system changes and reporting requirements with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards, support data integration, validated datasets, scenario analysis and executive-ready summaries.

Job Purpose

Support North America Parts & Service FP&A through consolidation and reporting of revenue, margin, EBIT, SG&A, inventory, payables and warranty impacts; compare actuals to budget/forecast; and prepare concise variance explanations and management-ready reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and report Parts & Service P&L, revenue, margin, EBIT and SG&A results.
• Analyze actuals versus budget, forecast and prior year; quantify key drivers through causals and variance analyses.
• Prepare flash, final reporting, account reconciliations, balance-sheet variance analysis and journal-entry support.
• Support budget and forecast cycles, including P&L, payables, inventory, and Capex reporting.
• Coordinate timelines, system changes and reporting requirements with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards, support data integration, validated datasets, scenario analysis and executive-ready summaries.

Expected Deliverables

• Flash and causal submissions with clear variance explanations.
• Parts & Service P&L, SG&A, forecast and budget reporting packages.
• Support business with investment priorities, program analysis, pricing/cost impact and trends.
• Communicate financial trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Present complex analyses in a concise and actionable manner.

Data Analytics & Process Improvement

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical models.
• Utilize SAP and other financial systems to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Drive automation and simplification initiatives to improve finance productivity.
• Support implementation of advanced analytics, AI, and digital finance solutions.

Systems and Tools

• Referenced systems/tools: eNERgy, SAP, UPLAN, BlackLine, Simplice, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Copilot, PDW and CSPS.

Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in a relavant discipline
• 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, economics or related background with FP&A, management reporting, budgeting or forecasting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong P&L, margin, variance-analysis, data-visualization skills, including Power BI, copilot or similar tools.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into concise management communication and partner effectively across functions.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $86,625.00 - $132,825.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
