Job summary

CNH Industrial in Racine, WI seeks an experienced FP&A professional to consolidate Parts & Service P&L, report revenue, margin, EBIT and SG&A, and provide variance analyses.

The role supports budgets/forecasts, develops dashboards, leverages SAP and other systems, and drives automation and analytics to improve finance productivity.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 6 years of FP&A or related experience; a hybrid work mode is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relavant discipline.
• 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, economics or related background with FP&A, management reporting, budgeting or forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and report Parts & Service P&L, revenue, margin, EBIT and SG&A results.
• Analyze actuals versus budget, forecast and prior year; quantify key drivers through causals and variance analyses.
• Prepare flash, final reporting, account reconciliations, balance-sheet variance analysis and journal-entry support.
• Support budget and forecast cycles, including P&L, payables, inventory, and Capex reporting.
• Coordinate timelines, system changes and reporting requirements with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards, support data integration, validated datasets, scenario analysis and executive-ready summaries.
• Flash and causal submissions with clear variance explanations.
• Parts & Service P&L, SG&A, forecast and budget reporting packages.
• Support business with investment priorities, program analysis, pricing/cost impact and trends.
• Communicate financial trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Present complex analyses in a concise and actionable manner.
• Data Analytics & Process Improvement: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical models.
