Job summary

SHR Talent is partnering with a healthcare services organization in Nashville, TN to recruit a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. This hybrid role reports to senior leadership, guiding financial strategy, reporting, and decision support across a growing platform.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–8+ years of FP&A or related experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI/Tableau to deliver actionable insights and develop the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA or MBA a plus.
• 5–8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Strong technical skill set with data analysis tools and financial systems.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau preferred.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Prior experience mentoring team members preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling and data analysis
• Build and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools
• Perform variance analysis and communicate key business drivers to leadership
• Partner cross-functionally to support strategic and operational decisions
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Manage and develop team members within the FP&A function
• Identify and implement process improvements across reporting and planning cycles
