Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field and 5+ years FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems; Power BI and DataVerse a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Develop financial models to assess profitability and efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership.
• Develop dashboards to show financial performance.
