Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 5+ years in finance with budgeting/forecasting, and banking experience. MBA/CPA and Oracle experience are nice to have.

• 5+ years of finance experience with emphasis on budgeting and forecasting.
• Banking background desired.
• Critical thinking skills required.
• Experience with databases and query experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Regional support for the business.
• Develop annual detailed financial budget.
• Prepare quarterly forecast.
• Manage internal regional and line of business reporting.
• Analyze monthly operating results vs budget and forecast.
• Assess company processes for accurate financial reporting.
• Identify processes needing review or expansion for reporting.
• Gather reports for monthly executive and quarterly board meetings.
• Comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
