Job summary

Mars in the United States is seeking an FP&A Manager for Overheads to partner with functions across Mars Snacking North America, owning overhead budgeting, outlooks and actuals recording. You will maintain annual and rolling forecast models, deliver overheads packs to key stakeholders, and provide insights to drive efficiency.

This role requires MS365, SAP, and BI/planning tool experience, and offers a competitive package with bonus and 401k benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
3–5 years for larger business.
MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
Highly organized and reliable with deadlines.
Self-directed, proactive, detailed-oriented, results-driven.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong FP&A experience.
Experience with MS Office, SAP.
Experience using planning or BI tools (Anaplan, Power BI).
Exposure to period-end close processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update the annual plan and rolling forecast models.
Produce overheads reporting pack with actuals vs forecast insights.
Review spending progress, identify issues, and coordinate with teams to target plans.
Leverage digital budgeting tools and improve tool usability.
Assist with the annual budgeting process by gathering inputs and loading data.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and financial summaries as requested.
