Job summary

Trinseo in Wayne, PA is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager for Latex Binders & Compounding. This hybrid role partners with global finance and cross‑functional teams to deliver rigorous financial planning and actionable insights that drive profitability and sustainable growth.

You will lead the end-to-end budgeting, monthly forecasting, and regional income statement analysis, while championing data integrity and performance reviews with regional leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• 5–7+ years of financial planning, analysis, and cost accounting experience.
• FP&A experience in manufacturing; chemical/materials industry preferred.
• Strong in Excel, PowerPoint; SAP and BI tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial planning for three regions with budgeting and forecasting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and forecast accuracy.
• Drive monthly/quarterly performance analysis and reporting to ELT/BOD.
• Spearhead value creation initiatives and business KPI dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity and timely financial reporting across regions.
