Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting required; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• 5–7+ years in financial planning and analysis and cost accounting.
• FP&A experience in manufacturing; chemical/materials industry preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; data visualization and SAP/BI experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and analytics for the business unit by region.
• Partner with sales, operations, and functional teams to improve forecast accuracy and profitability.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly income statements, working capital, and reporting.
• Lead monthly regional business reviews with explanations of variances.
• Develop KPI dashboards and conduct value-creation analyses.
• Support long-term planning and strategic initiatives with ad hoc analyses.
• Ensure data integrity and controls in financial systems.
