This role involves supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities for the Javelin & Javelin Joint Venture portfolio, including weekly reporting, forecasting, risk & opportunities, and strategic planning. The manager will lead a team of two analysts and collaborate closely with various internal teams.

Location: Tucson, AZ (Onsite, no relocation assistance)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support monthly forecast and annual planning processes
2. Manage RPlan data and coordinate with teams for updates
3. Develop and present financial reports for leadership
4. Oversee program spending and cost reviews
5. Lead a team of two analysts

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field + 8 years experience, or advanced degree + 5 years experience
• Experience with FP&A responsibilities and tools like APEX, Rplan
• U.S. citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fast-paced environments, leadership, analytical skills, and familiarity with program control tools
