Qualifications

• Own and enhance the integrated three-statement forecast (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Develop driver-based forecasts linking revenue, margin, expenses, working capital, and capex.
• Lead forecast consolidation and align assumptions across functions.
• Perform actual-versus-forecast and variance analysis to identify drivers and risks.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for communication of performance to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting models and reporting processes.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead integrated financial forecasting and performance analysis across the business. This role will own the Company's integrated three-statement forecast, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, and ensure alignment between financial forecasts and key business drivers. The FP&A Manager will also lead KPI and variance analysis, identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to finance leadership and senior management.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the integrated three-statement forecast, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Develop driver-based forecasts connecting revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, working capital, inventory, capital expenditures, and other key business assumptions.
• Lead company-wide forecast consolidation and ensure consistency across financial and operational assumptions.
• Perform actual-versus-forecast and variance analysis, identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Establish and analyze financial and operational KPIs to evaluate business performance and forecast accuracy.
• Develop management reporting and executive-level dashboards to communicate financial performance and key insights.
• Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to validate assumptions and align financial forecasts with business plans.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting models, reporting processes, and automation.
• Support annual planning, long-range planning, and ad hoc strategic analysis.
• Provide governance and oversight of sales and cash flow forecasting processes, ensuring integrity and cross-functional alignment of key assumptions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA/CPA a plus).
• 12+ years of experience, or 9+year of experience with Master’s degree in manufacturing or tech industry experience, or public firm experience, preferred in FP&A, cost management, or accounting roles.
• Strong experience with integrated three-statement modeling, forecasting, KPI analysis, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, working capital, and cash flow
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems or reporting tools (e.g., BI tools, Workday); SAP experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and quotation concepts.
• Strong understanding of industry technology and market dynamics related to SMC products.
• Accounting and cost background preferred.

Salary Range

$155,000 - $180,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
