Job summary

Rehlko in Milwaukee seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Home Energy business. This role will serve as a key finance partner to business leadership, enhancing FP&A processes and supporting data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of finance experience, strong analytical skills, and expertise in forecasting and financial modeling. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive FP&A or finance experience.
• Strong experience in forecasting, modeling, and financial analysis.
• Credibility as a finance partner to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
