EPCOR is seeking a hands-on Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A activities from our north-central Phoenix corporate office. You will partner with operations, develop forecasts and budgets, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, and drive process improvements across the finance function.

The role requires CPA, 7+ years FP&A experience, and a track record in supervising staff, with strong accounting systems knowledge including Oracle and Adaptive Insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 7+ years FP&A related experience, including full cycle accounting.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary finance partner by understanding business drivers and providing variance analysis.
• Develop forecasts, budgets and long term plans.
• Ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and research treatments for new transactions.
• Lead FP&A initiatives and support major corporate projects.
• Collaborate with other finance teams and stakeholders.
