Job summary

A leading technology company in San Francisco is seeking an FP&A Manager to serve as the strategic finance partner to its G&A functions. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for headcount and opex forecasting, leading monthly variance analyses, and building financial models. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of SaaS KPIs. Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Experience owning a full forecast cycle from building the model to presenting to stakeholders.
• Track record of improving forecast accuracy and building repeatable financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Own headcount and opex forecasting for G&A cost centers.
• Lead monthly variance analysis and business reviews.
• Build driver-based operating models that improve forecast accuracy.
