Job summary

Culligan with ZeroWater Technology seeks an FP&A Manager to join the Pure Play Finance team in Rosemont, IL. You will lead financial planning, modelling and monthly reporting focused on Net Sales and trade spend, partnering with Sales and Marketing to optimize profitability.

The role requires at least 6 years of FP&A experience, ERP experience (IFS, QuickBooks), and strong communication. Travel may be required; this is a full-time role with competitive benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A experience.
• Ability to translate detailed financial analysis into actionable insights.
• Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (IFS, QuickBooks).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, forecasting and budget for Net Sales and trade spend; provide profitability insights.
• Finance business partner for Sales and Marketing teams for Pure Play.
• Create pro-forma financial statements to maximize customer profitability and influence pricing.
• Contribute to monthly SIOP with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for executive reviews (MFR, MOR, MBR).
• Ad hoc analyses to drive decision making.
