Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis for Card Fraud in McLean, VA. You will forecast, model, and report financials while partnering with Fraud and CS&S leaders to steer strategy and impact business outcomes.

You will deliver data-driven insights, craft leadership presentations, and mentor colleagues to sustain a high-performing FP&A team focused on efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
• At least 5 years of experience with financial modeling.
• At least 1 year of experience managing an FP&A function.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, report, and build models for FP&A in Card Fraud.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop presentations for senior Finance and business leaders.
• Mentor and develop associates to build a high-performing team.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven insights and automation.
