About the Role:

As the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will play a key leadership role within the Finance team, acting as a strategic partner across the business. This role involves driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities, while providing actionable insights to support company-wide decision-making and long-term growth. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across multiple functions to align financial goals with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Manage the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across key business functions.
• Ensure forecast accuracy through analysis of key business drivers and performance indicators.
• Align functional financial plans with corporate strategy and goals.

Strategic Financial Analysis

• Conduct in-depth financial modeling, scenario planning, and ROI analysis to support business decisions.
• Partner with functional leaders to evaluate investments, cost drivers, and operational efficiency opportunities.

Monthly Financial Close

• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close activities, including accruals, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Review and validate department-level financials and performance.

Planning Systems Ownership

• Serve as the contributor for Adaptive Insights, managing system setup, data integrity, and user support.
• Customize reports and dashboards to support planning and decision-making.

Business Partnership

• Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, providing insights and recommendations based on financial performance and trends.
• Support executive decision-making with clear, concise financial narratives and analysis.

Reporting & Presentation

• Deliver regular and ad hoc financial reports and presentations to senior leadership.
• Track performance trends and identify key risks and opportunities.

Process Improvement

• Continuously enhance forecasting models, tools, and workflows.
• Implement best practices to improve financial accuracy, efficiency, and agility in a dynamic business environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, Experience in high-growth tech companies is a plus.
• Skills:
• Advanced financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex financial data.
