Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in casino/gaming.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license in Illinois.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with management levels.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute KPIs, financial models, and management reports.
• Monitor results, analyze trends, and identify risks and opportunities for profitability.
• Perform variance analyses against forecasts, budgets, and prior-year results.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and scenario modeling.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Lead and develop finance team members through coaching and training.
