You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate financial modeling, strategic financial planning, and data-driven decision-making that drives business performance.

On a regular basis you will

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, partnering with department heads across the organization
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and board meetings
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to analyze unit economics and optimize business performance
  • Support fundraising activities by preparing financial materials and investor presentations
  • Build and enhance financial planning processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage and mentor new team members as the team grows
  • Lead special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
  • You have 2+ years of FP&A, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or related financial experience, preferably in tech/SaaS
  • You have proven experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • You're proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced modeling skills required) and comfortable with financial systems like NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, or similar
  • You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; an MBA or a CPA is also considered
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
  • You have experience working with cross-functional teams and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a passion for working with a growing company and contributing to its success
  • You are detail-oriented, analytical, and have strong problem-solving abilities
