NPX ONE LLC is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to establish a formal FP&A platform, analyze performance, and provide insights to leadership. You will develop models, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decisions across finance and operations.

The role includes supporting month‑end close, budgets, forecasts, and collaborating with sales to optimize pricing, margins, rebates, and profitability initiatives, with strong Power BI and Excel skills driving analytics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience required.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial industry experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Power BI experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑range projections.
• Partner with sales/pricing to support pricing, margins, rebates, and profitability.

• Establish a formal financial planning and analysis platform for the business, utilizing a mix of existing & new frameworks.
• Analyze business performance, profitability, customer trends, pricing, and sales activity to identify opportunities and risks; provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models, management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Maintain and improve reporting databases, net sales tracking, commission calculations, rebate tracking, and financial analytics processes.
• Prepare and distribute monthly, weekly, and ad hoc financial reports for executive leadership and lending institutions.
• Support month-end close through financial analysis, reporting validation, and variance analysis.
• Participate in detailed month-end close activities related to sales, sales adjustments, and sales commissions.
• Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range projections, financial process steps, and modeling.
• Partner with sales and pricing teams to support pricing strategies, margin analysis, rebate programs, and customer profitability initiatives.
• Manage sales commissions and customer rebate programs along with specific customer POD’s process steps.
• Participate in the company’s development of the Power BI platform, create dashboards and reporting tools to be used in the platform.
• Serve as backup support for pricing analysis activities as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, sales, and executive leadership
• Support external audit requirements and provide analytical support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• MBA preferred.

Experience

• 4 or more years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience required.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in supporting executive leadership and cross-functional business teams required.
• Technical Skills in advanced modeling and financial concepts
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Required ERP system experience.
• Strong Power BI experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with financial modeling, dashboard development, and large data analysis required.
• SQL or data analytics experience is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
