Willis Re in New York seeks an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting across global operations. You will partner with broking teams and support functions to translate performance into clear financial insights and actionable plans.

The FP&A Manager will play a key role in driving high-quality financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and decision support across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role will partner closely with broking teams, and support functions to translate business performance and market dynamics into clear financial insights, robust plans, and actionable recommendations. The role will also be key to ensuing the effective and efficient capture of financial information from the Workday Financial System via Adaptive (Workdays Planning Tool).
Range: $160,000 - $190,000
Bonus: 20%
The actual salary for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
