Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks an experienced LEAP FP&A Leader to drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the LEAP product line. You will partner with the VP, CFO, and operations to shape the program's strategy, margin expansion, cash flow, and performance across the growth engine.

You will lead budgeting cycles, develop financial models, analyze variances, and support data-driven decisions while leveraging FLIGHT DECK and AI-enabled improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A experience with cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong financial modeling skills and scenario analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Lead annual budgeting, long-term planning, and quarterly forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Own long-term LEAP business plan and pricing framework.
• Drive cost-out opportunities and support margin expansion initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior management and investors.
