OKX in San Jose is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to own the financial roadmap from the annual operating plan to investor-facing materials. You will partner with the Global Head of Finance and CFO to drive the close cycle, build an investor-grade model, and support pre-IPO activities for a high-growth fintech company.

In this role you’ll manage cross-functional finance partnering across six business units, develop KPIs, lead budgeting and forecast cycles, and mentor a growing FP&A team while

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Ability to manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Experience with investor materials and IC presentations.
• Strong knowledge of KPI development and financial modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Own the financial roadmap from AOP to investor presentations.
• Lead the quarterly rolling re-forecast cycle.
• Prepare monthly financial variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop investor-facing financial content and CFO/CEO narratives.
• Build and maintain an investor-grade financial model.
• Partner with business units to allocate resources and drive performance.
• Oversee OpEx budgeting and capex prioritisation.
• Implement FP&A tech stack including Anaplan and NetSuite.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly board reporting.
• Support pre-IPO activities and external investor communications.
